Please complete and submit this form in order to apply for any programs. We will process your application as soon as possible - typically we will get back to you within 48 hours by email or phone. If there is space available, your registration will be held pending receipt of full payment. Applications are also accepted by email, in writing, by phone and in person at our office at 47 West Broadway, Vancouver.

Prerequisites & Policies
Each activity has specific Pre-requisites. Please ensure that you have read the pre-requisites section for the programs(s) that you are applying for.

Prior arrangements are required for participants under 16 years of age; these can be set up through our office before registering and must be done by a parent or legal guardian.

Youth over the age of 16, but under 19 years of age are welcome. They must have a parent or guardian signature on their Waiver and Release form.

All Participants must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability form before participating in a CWMS Program.

Space in a program will be held based on the order that Canada West Mountain School receives applications. All programs are booked on a first come, first served basis.

CWMS reserves the right to refuse a participant for any reason, including inadequate clothing or equipment, inappropriate fitness level, or inability to meet course prerequisites.

Submission of this Application does not guarantee a reserved space on any Canada West Mountain School program.
